This policy outlines the roles, responsibilities, and code of conduct for users assigned as Managers in Zorona Live Rooms. It ensures managers maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for all participants.
2. Manager Role Overview
A Manager is a trusted user selected by a host to assist in managing live room activities and user interactions.
Managers have the ability to:
Mute, kick, or block disruptive users
Approve or deny mic requests
Monitor chat and remove inappropriate content
Assist with games, events, and giveaways
Support the host by responding to questions and guiding viewers
3. Eligibility
To become a manager, a user must:
Have a verified Zorona account
Maintain a clean record (no recent suspensions)
Be selected by the host of the room
Agree to this Manager Policy
4. Code of Conduct
All managers must:
Treat all users with respect and fairness
Enforce Zorona’s Community Guidelines without bias
Never misuse powers to harass, retaliate, or promote personal agendas
Keep private any confidential info shared by the host or team
Avoid giving unauthorized promotions, rewards, or gifts
5. Prohibited Actions
Managers must not:
Ban or mute users for personal conflicts
Demand money, gifts, or favors in return for privileges
Interfere with official Zorona promotions or operations
Use alternate accounts to manipulate live rooms
6. Violations & Removal
Zorona or the host may remove a manager at any time for:
Abusing moderator powers
Breaching this policy
Violating any Zorona terms of service or community rules
Serious violations may lead to account suspension or permanent ban.
7. Reporting Misconduct
Users may report manager misconduct via the Report feature or by emailing:
Zorona reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via in-app notification or posted on the official Zorona Policy Site.
